Artwork Specifications Checklist
Below are a few helpful tips to make sure your artwork is print ready.      - Setup to the correct finished size For example, if your order is for A5 flyers, please supply the file at A5 size (148 x 210mm).      - CMYK colour mode We print in CMYK colour. Files created for screen use RGB so if this is what you have you’ll need to convert these RGB files to CMYK.      - Include 3mm bleed on each edge This means the printed area will be slightly larger than the finished size. Consequently, there will be no white edges after trimming down to final size.      - Add crop marks Including crop marks is essential as they indicate the precise corners of the pages, enabling accurate trimming.      - All fonts are outlined and images embedded If a font is not outlined it can sometimes be replaced automatically with a standard font from the computer using the file. Outlining the fonts helps ensure everything appears correctly.

If an image is not embedded into the file, it can sometimes disappear from the artwork. Embedding the image means it will not get lost.
     - High resolution PDF Save the file as a high-resolution PDF and email it to customercare@vividprint.com.au.
