It’s great to see you in our online store and we hope you find what you’re looking for. If you need any help deciding, or need us to quote something that isn’t in the store, please contact us either by phone on 02 6280 9644, by email to customercare@vividprint.com.au, or please send us a message.

Choose your product: There’s a lot to choose from in our online store. Products are listed under six main categories. Click through to find what you are looking for, or type what you’re looking for in the search box at the top of the page. Once you’ve found what you’d like to order select the quantity you need and then select any additional options that are available for that product.

Upload your artwork or choose “Hire a designer”: If you have your own artwork ready to print please upload this once you have chosen your product. If you’re not sure how to set up your artwork for printing please check our artwork specifications. If you’d like us to create your artwork for you, please choose “Hire a designer” once you have chosen your product. Please let us know in the comments box what you would like your product to look like. If you have design elements like logos or images that you’d like us to include in the artwork you can email these to prepress@vividprint.com.au.

Place your order: Check to make sure you have chosen a quantity and selected the additional options you need. Double-check your contact details are correct as we will use these to let you know when your job is ready for collection. If everything is OK and you’re happy to go ahead please enter your payment details.

Approve your artwork proof: We will email you a proof of the artwork you uploaded - or the artwork we designed for you - for you to approve before we start printing. Make sure you check the proof carefully because once this proof is approved any changes will incur an extra charge. All jobs require proof approval from you before we proceed to print.

Production: We will start production once the proof has been approved by you. Depending on the type of product it may take a few days to print, or it could take longer. If you have a specific date you need the order ready by please let us know and we will do what we can to meet this deadline.

Pick up instore: When the order is ready for collection we will let you know via the contact details you entered into the system when you ordered. We are open 8.30am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday for you to come in and pick up your order. If you would like us to deliver your order to you we can arrange this for an additional charge. Although we aim to deliver every order on time, on the odd occasion due to factors outside our control this is not possible.
